Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to you. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping
We proudly ship to all locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service. Expedited shipping options are available for those who need their gear faster.

Returns & Exchanges
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We accept returns of unused, resalable items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, visit your order history on your account or use the return portal linked in your confirmation email. Follow the prompts to print your return label and package your items securely.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or processing a full refund. Photos of the issue may be requested to assist in the evaluation.

Order Changes
Need to modify or cancel an order? Reach out as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate changes, please understand that once an order enters the shipping pipeline, modifications may no longer be possible.
